Role Description:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at NIPUN ENGINEERING SDN BHD. This is a full-time on-site role based in Seri Kembangan. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by providing technical support, effectively communicating with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting our products, securing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice and solutions to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products and services.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and tailored proposals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations, manage quotations, and close sales deals to meet targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing post-sales support and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and specifications.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Sales, or Customer Service, preferably within the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards customer relationships and sales opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
